LAC Dancewave Ecstatic Dance<br> 11:11 am - 2:00 pm

Living Arts Collective on Sundays. The dance wave is a form of ecstatic dance characterized as 90 minutes of speechless improvisational dance based somewhat on the 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance concept of Gabrielle Roth. This can be either solo dancing, partner dancing, contact improvisation, or ad lib group. Rough start times are gathering at 11:11 AM, dance opening circle at 11:45 AM, the dance at 12 PM, and the optional closing circle at 1:30 PM. Cajun Brunch and Dance Fundraiser with Live Band<br> 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

CDC Evening Swing Dance with Afternoon Country<br> 3:00 pm - 9:45 pm

Wesley Boz and Carolina Dance Club pairs up the weekly swing dance from 6-9:45 PM with an afternoon event from 3-6 PM which on second Sundays, as this Sunday, will be Country dancing – including Two Step, Country Swing, Cha Cha, Waltz, Night Club Two Step. 1st Sundays are afternoon Ballroom, 3rd and 4th Sundays are Boot Camp Workshops. The Evening Swing dance will feature multiple styles – East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Country Swing, Balboa, Hustle and some dancers favorites.

$15 public $12 CDC members $10 students (14-24 yrs) entitles you to full day events excluding 3rd and 4th Sunday workshops.

Contra Style Waltzing (most of this group dances to waltzes more up tempo than Ballroom or Country Western and not as stylized as Ballroom – a style that you see done at Contra dances) to live music usually David DiGiuseppie and other musicians. Oak City Country Swing Dance<br> 7:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Oak City Country Swing hosts a social dance at the Hangout Bar and Grill in Cary every Sunday with a Country Swing lesson at 7 PM followed by social dancing until 11:30 PM.
