WHEN: 3:00- 5:30pm Saturday, July 12th

ARGENTINE TANGO: After a playful warm-up designed to foster body-awareness, connection and fluidity of movement, we will dive into Argentine Tango principles such as leading/following, embrace, shift of weight and walking. We will also play with connection, axis and dissociation through pivot, change of direction and Ochos.

SALSA FUSION – Tell your story with intention, expression and mind-body connection. We will focus on tools that synchronize our minds and bodies to move as one, allowing silence in order for our bodies to find their authentic dance. We will focus on footwork, body isolations, rhythms and improvisation within structure. How you feel is how you move and how you move is how you feel.

Price: 1 workshop $15 – $25 sliding scale / 2 workshops: $25 – $45 sliding scale. Registration/info:infotheembrace@gmail.com
