Triangle Zouk with a Wednesday social from 9-11. This is often preceded by workshops or classes from 8-9 or 7-9 at additional charge. The cost for the social is $8 cash, $10 card or Venmo. Sometimes there is a practica from 8-9 if there are no classes that is included in the admit, but when there are classes it would be extra. Check web for any classes, practica and times and prices. Learning elements of the other role allows us to deepen our lead and follow, whether or not we physically switch positions. In finding the evolving magic dynamic with each partner, building specific techniques for a continuous, two-way communication is key.
Join us for an experience of guided exercises in leading, following, and what lies in between. Movements will leverage the Brazilian Zouk structure and flow, but no prior experience required to attend. Class material is designed to expand the capabilities and deepen the experience of dancers with beginner, intermediate, or advanced movement knowledge.
*No workshop is ever the same, if you’re done part 1, you’ll experience other exercises to deepen your understanding.
