For this particular social we have an optional Dominican Bachata workshop with Cokie Young in the adjoining Studio 5 from 6:30-7:30 while the regular social is doing the beginning Salsa lesson in the big studio. For those just doing the social, it is the usual details as below with beginning Salsa Lesson. The workshop will feature Dominican style Bachata and is for people with familiarity with the basics as well as more advanced dancers. There is a combined social plus workshop of advance $18 through Aug 31 then $20 and $22 door. Details of the workshop are on Facebook .
Every Sunday Dance. Salsa for dancers (at least 40-60%) with Bachata (30-50%) and the rest Cha Cha, Kizomba, Merengue, Cumbia. All music for dancers, not club style. Informal, no dress code . $9 . $7 for students or active military with ID. Children 16 and under free and welcome. Salsa lesson at 6:30. Dance 7:15-9:30. Children 16 and under welcome and free.
