For those new to this form of dance:
Our dances are 90 minutes of improvisational unstructured dance to recorded music designed to create a deep free experience. There is no particular step or skill needed, just a chance to move the body and free the mind. People should abstain from conversation during the dance. Chairs will be there and one need not exert beyond your level of comfort and ability.
These types of dances occur internationally and were largely inspired by the late Gabrielle Roth and her 5 Rhythms concept (https://www.5rhythms.com/ ).
