LAC Dancewave Ecstatic Dance

Living Arts Collective on Sundays. The dance wave is a form of ecstatic dance characterized as 90 minutes of speechless improvisational dance based somewhat on the 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance concept of Gabrielle Roth. This can be either solo dancing, partner dancing, contact improvisation, or ad lib group. Rough start times are gathering at 11:11 AM, dance opening circle at 11:45 AM, the dance at 12 PM, and the optional closing circle at 1:30 PM.
