Dance Meditation- Ecstatic Dance

Jack Wolf organizing this event with Laura Aliberti DJ for May 2. Dance is in the manner of Ecstatic Dance and Dancewaves. Three dates Saturday Afternoon April 11, May 2, and May 23 have been reserved and there is hope to continue a once or twice monthly dance. The dances are 90 minutes of unstructured improvisational dance to recorded music. People may dance solo or as a couple or group but not typically requiring any dance step or format. No experience is needed. Chairs will be there for rest at will. No conversation is requested during the dance and people should arrive on time. Doors are 3:50. Circle up at 4:00. Dance at 4:15. Closing circle at 5:45. This is free or charge, though contributions only to cover the rent will be accepted. Different people will do the sets. Facebook.
