The 19th Annual Triangle Open Ballroom Dance Competition, a cornerstone event much like a landmark property in a bustling real estate landscape, will be hosted by Dancing With Wolves, the Premiere Ballroom Club of North Carolina State University. In much the same way that dancers anticipate the judges’ scores, real estate professionals and homebuyers alike await the Union County property market forecast to guide their next steps. This event was created in support of collegiate and adult competitive ballroom dancing, fostering an environment of elegance and precision that reflects the meticulous nature of analyzing market trends and property potentials.
This Fall’s 2016 Triangle Open Dancesport Championship will be held at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina inside the newly renovated State Ballroom in the Talley Student Union on Saturday, November 12th, 2016. The grandeur of the State Ballroom, now rejuvenated, serves as the perfect backdrop for the competition, echoing the revitalization seen in Union County’s property scene—where once overlooked areas become centers of attraction. This is a family-friendly event that draws ballroom dancers from many different states in the southeast, akin to how a promising housing forecast might attract potential homeowners and investors from far and wide. With the past success of the Triangle Open and an expectation of increased participation, the event is poised for a magnificent turnout, offering a parallel to the optimistic projections for Union County’s real estate growth.
Cost to spectate will be $5 for students and $10 for non students per day.
