Mardi Gras Celebration with Bands

Durham Central Park with an event on the Saturday before Tuesday Mardi Gras. Free. There will be bands, crafts, costume making, Beer and Wine sold, Food Trucks. Under the Pavilion, so I suspect regardless of weather.
The bands are the Cajammers Cajun/Zydeco Band, and the Bull Town Strutters, New Orleans Style Brass Band and there will be music 2-6 PM
