 ance based somewhat on the 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance concept of Gabrielle R
 oth. This can be either solo dancing\, partner dancing\, contact improvisa
 tion\, or ad lib group. Rough start times are gathering at 11:11 AM\, danc
 e opening circle at 11:45 AM\, the dance at 12 PM\, and the optional closi
 ng circle at 1:30 PM. The experience can be meditative or spiritually orie
