 ance based somewhat on the 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance concept of Gabrielle R
 oth. This can be either solo dancing\, partner dancing\, contact improvisa
 tion\, or ad lib group. Dance opening circle begins roughly 11:30 AM. The 
 experience can be meditative or spiritually oriented for some individuals.
