SUMMARY:LAC Contact Improv Jam (Open Movement)
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nLiving Arts Collective jams seek to create a SAFE\, FRIE
 NDLY\, and CONSCIOUS container for exploring Contact Improvisation through
  open jamming.\n\nAubrey &amp\; Bru Roze\, Toni Craige\, Len Foyle\, Emma 
 Little\, Ray Schwartz\, and a rotation of other teachers will be hosting t
 he space. Sound will vary ~ some jams will be without music\, some may hav
 e a bit of ambient recorded music\, and some have musicians to jam with us
 . See the details upon online registration which is always recommended a
 nd often required. Facebook\n\n\nOpen Movement Jams\nEvery week\, a rotat
 ion of instructors offer a brief guided score that moves into an open jam 
 of collaborative movement and self-expression to occasional musical accomp
 animent. Not for total beginners (see registration).\nSliding Scale $20/25
 /30 (can be cheaper as a series)\n\nSimple Jams\nNo guided warm-up or musi
 c\, just a space dance and create beauty together. Beginner friendly (see 
 registration).\nSliding Scale $10/15/20 (can be included in a class series
  or class makeup)\n\n\nJams will usually be held at the Shared Visions Ret
 reat (Old Murphy School)\, but some may be at the LAC downtown (Arthur Mur
 ray) space.\n\n\n
