8) Limited Liability: Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no warranties, warranties or warranties of any kind, expressly or implicitly, with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and provided. Under no circumstances is the coach liable to the client for indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that may be caused to the Client, all of the Coach`s liability under this Agreement and the Client`s exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services provided by and including the date of termination. Investment •Is the client/coach/team willing to invest time, money and energy in the coaching process? While there are many types of coaching (personal, career, professional/workplace, etc.), there may be common sections that you can use in your initial agreement.
