Revelers to meet at City Plaza by Major the Bull, 201 Corcoron St in Downtown Loop for the annual placing of the tutu on Major and beginning of parade. The Parade goes up Foster St to Geer and Rigsbee St. where various venues within a few blocks have events. – Motorco, The Pit, Full Steam Brewery, Blue Note Grill and the Bar Durham all have events.
