The date of the pay increase for workers appointed to a position in the promotion, decommissioning or out-of-public service bargaining unit on the date or after the signing of this contract is the anniversary of this appointment. B. The worker receives the following daily amount for each calendar day for which the worker is paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of the PIPSC-AFS group collective agreement. This daily amount is equal to the annual amount shown below for each position and by level divided by two hundred and sixty decimals eight (260.88); (b) after the submission of a complaint and within the time frame set out in this article, the delegated authority in charge of the appeals body informs of its intention to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, the deadlines set out in this article may be extended by mutual agreement between the employer and the worker and, if necessary, the representative of the Institute. b) In the case of non-level in the appeal procedure under paragraph 41.02 (a), no other level is waived, except by mutual agreement. 14.08 A worker may not benefit from leave in a month or an exercise for which leave is already granted under another collective agreement in which the employer is associated or under other rules or regulations of the employer. If the parties fail to agree on the EWSP, the existing sick leave provisions, as currently provided for in collective agreements, will remain in place. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Professional Institute of Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) agree to take the necessary steps to implement the changes that arise as soon as an agreement has been reached on the Employee Welfare Assistance Program (EWSP). The parties agree to continue the current practice of cooperation to address concerns about the well-being of staff and the reintegration of workers into work after periods of leave due to illness or injury.
